Tell us your thoughts on diabetes services

NHS Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is seeking the views of patients and carers living with diabetes in the City to help them shape and improve local NHS services.

Those with experience of living with diabetes and using NHS diabetes services can share their views by completing a short, online survey.

Diabetes patients, carers and families are encouraged to give feedback on what’s working well, what they value most and what could be improved in the NHS diabetes care they receive.

Maria Principe, Director of Primary Care Development and Service Integration said: “We know that to design and commission the right services for our patients and their carers we need to understand their experiences, hear their feedback and make sure that we are responding to their needs in the best way we can.

“We want our diabetes patients to benefit from the highest quality of care and support and help reduce the impact diabetes has on their lives.”

Please let us know your thoughts by completing a short survey at www.bit.ly/nhsdiabetessurvey - available until Friday 29 May 2015. Thank you.
