Find out more about local health services

NHS Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is holding its annual general meeting on Wednesday 23 September to update local people on developments in health services across the City over the last year.

The CCG has many different roles and responsibilities. A major part of its work is making sure that the NHS services that people need in Nottingham City are available and that they are of high quality and give good value for money.

It spends £470 million on services every year, and its annual general meeting is an opportunity to find out how that money has been used and to have a say on developments being planned for the future.

“The opinions of local people on the quality and type of services and how they are delivered are incredibly important to us. We would very much welcome anyone interested in healthcare to join us for what we hope will be an informative and lively event,” said Dawn Smith, Chief Officer.

The meeting will be held at the CCG’s headquarters in the Boardroom, 1 Standard Court, Park Row, Nottingham NG1 6GN on 23 September from 5pm to 7pm, with refreshments available from 4.30pm.
