Notts Healthfest 2016

Join us and our partners on Friday 8 July from 11am to 4pm for an exciting event in the Old Market Square in Nottingham where you can find out about services available across Nottinghamshire to support your health and wellbeing.

We will be focusing on self-care and prevention, so as well as finding out about how we can help you, there will be a chance to get some top tips on how you can look after yourself and your family.

There will be lots of interactive stands and fun activities for everyone so come and join us!

A few highlights include:

  • A chance for you to get involved in the future of healthcare for Nottingham City
  • Mini health checks - get your blood pressure checked
  • Children's activities - baby play and toddler play area, sand, building blocks and crafts
  • Come along to the 'Tales with The Tooth Fairy'. Enjoy a super story for under 5s written by our very own tooth fairies and learn about looking after your teeth with the Toothbrush and Toothpaste characters.
  • Falls Prevention Team - strength/balance checks, walking stick checks and exercise advice.
  • Wathwood Hospital Farm Shop - strawberry and cream scones, jam tasting, fruit tasting and plants for sale.
